Sonam Kapoor totally ignored at London Film Festival

Sonam Kapoor might be considered chic and beautiful in B-Town but she's miles away from acquiring international fame. In fact even her father Anil Kapoor has a long way to go!

The buzz is that she was totally ignored along with daddy dearest at the London Film Festival recently. Anil Kapoor was invited to promote the film 'Slumdog Millionaire' in which he has made a guest appearance as a TV show host.

According to a source, "Anil was supposed to come with his wife but instead took his daughter Sonam. The reason behind this could have been to promote her to the outside world, outside of Bollywood."

Unfortunately both father and daughter were sidelined by the media. No one approached them for interview or photographs.

Adds the source,"None of the British press was interested in taking photos of Sonam or her father. To them they were unknowns and not news-worthy."

Obviously both father and the daughter were disappointed and felt left out in the event.

Sonam baby, getting international fame is no cake walk. You need to be lucky enough for that!

Abhishek Bachchan and his wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan are in the jungles of Kerala shooting for Ramayan (Ravana) (2008) directed by Mani Ratnam. Aishwarya is being given high security to hide her look for the movie. Aishwarya is playing the role of Sita. The director is keeping all the cars away from the set and only allows staff to arrive by Jeep. Abhishek is playing the role of Rama and south Indian star Vikram plays the role of Raavan. The film will be made in Hindi and Tamil with Aishwarya playing the role of Sita in both versions.

Dino Morea was born to an Italian father and an Indian mother. Dino Moria won Gladrags Super Model Contest in 1999. But he was introduced to modeling by Prasad Bidapa and he soon received his first film offer opposite Rinkie Khanna. Dino Morea's first film "Pyar Mein kabhi Kabhi" was a flop at box office but he got breakthrough roles with the Rajiv Menon film"Kandukondain Kandukondain" and the horror film "Raaz". The film "Raaj" was super hit at box office and film offers began to pour in. Thereafter Dino Moria has acted in films such as "Gunaah", "Plan", "Insaaf", "Rakht", "Aap Ki Khatir" and "Dus Kahaniyaan". Dinu Morea's other films were not as successful as "Raaj".
